This Acceptable Use Policy explains how you may and may not use Nana Banana. It applies to your prompts, uploaded media, generated outputs, account activity, and any use of our website, APIs, or related services.

Use Only Content You Have Rights To Use

• You may only upload or submit content that you own or are authorized to use.
• You may only use another person's photo, video, voice, likeness, or personal information with their permission and as allowed by law.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of prompts, references, and outputs does not infringe privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.

Prohibited AI Content and Activities

You may not use Nana Banana to create, edit, distribute, or promote content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or intended to evade law enforcement or regulation
• Sexualizes minors, depicts child exploitation, or otherwise involves minors in inappropriate or unsafe content
• Contains explicit sexual content, non-consensual intimate imagery, nudification, clothing-removal simulations, or exploitative fetish content
• Promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, weapons abuse, or dangerous criminal activity
• Includes hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats, or content targeting protected groups
• Is defamatory, invasive of privacy, doxxing-related, or intended to expose confidential or sensitive personal information
• Impersonates a real person in a misleading, harmful, or non-consensual way
• Creates deceptive political, news, or public-interest misinformation
• Attempts to bypass safety systems, moderation rules, rate limits, or account restrictions
• Violates intellectual property rights or encourages others to do so

Rules for Real People and Identity-Based Edits

• You must not use our services to create non-consensual edits of real people.
• You must not use our services for revenge content, stalking, harassment, or humiliation.
• You must not create misleading impersonation, fake endorsements, fake evidence, or deceptive identity-based media.
• You must not submit images of other people unless you have a lawful basis and permission to do so.

Commercial and Platform Abuse

• You may not resell, abuse, scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
• You may not use bots or automation to exceed reasonable usage limits or circumvent plan restrictions.
• You may not use stolen payment methods, abuse refunds, or engage in chargeback fraud.
• You may not introduce malware, phishing content, spam, or harmful code.

Moderation and Enforcement

We may review prompts, uploads, outputs, usage patterns, account behavior, and abuse reports to protect users, comply with law, and enforce this policy.

• Block, refuse, or remove content
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Limit features, credits, or API access
• Report illegal activity to relevant authorities when required
