How to Change Clothes in a Photo with AI
The generator at the top of this page runs in image-to-image mode with a clothes-swap instruction already filled into the prompt box. Here is the workflow from upload to finished image.

Upload a photo of the person
Add a clear photo of the person whose outfit you want to change to the reference-image area. A well-lit shot where the person and their current clothing are fully visible gives the AI the most to work with. The uploader accepts JPEG, PNG, and WebP files up to 50 MB each.

Add an outfit reference image
Upload a picture of the clothing you want to see on them into the same upload area — a product photo or a photo of someone else wearing the item both work. There are no separate labeled slots for the person and the outfit, so if you upload several images, mention in the prompt which image shows the person and which shows the clothing.

Review the prompt and generate
The prompt box is pre-filled with an instruction to replace the clothing while keeping the person's pose, expression, and background unchanged — edit it to describe the outfit or fit in your own words. You'll be asked to sign in before generating, and each generation uses credits from your account, with the amount shown on the Generate button. Finished images appear next to the generator, where you can download them or delete them from My Creations.

How do I change clothes in a photo with this tool?

What kinds of photos work best?
Clear, well-lit photos where the person and their current clothing are fully visible give the best starting point — a straight-on, uncropped shot usually produces cleaner results than a dim or heavily angled one. For the outfit, pick an image where the garment itself is easy to see; a product photo or a photo of someone wearing the item both work. The uploader accepts JPEG, PNG, and WebP files up to 50 MB each.

How do I tell the AI which image is the person and which is the outfit?
The current uploader has a single reference-image area rather than separate labeled slots — you can add up to 14 images to it. The pre-filled prompt asks the AI to replace the clothing of the person in the input image with the clothing shown in the reference image. If you upload more than one image, it helps to say in the prompt which is which — for example, "the first image is the person; dress them in the jacket from the second image."

Do I need an account, and what does a generation cost?
You can open the page, select images, and edit the prompt without an account, but you'll be asked to sign in before generating. Before opening sign-in, the tool saves the current prompt and selected images as a browser draft so they can be restored afterward. Each generation uses credits from your account, and the cost for your current settings is shown on the Generate button before you run it. If your balance isn't enough, the tool tells you how many credits are required and how many you have.

Who can see the images I create?
The generator has a Public Visibility switch that is on by default, meaning your creation may appear in the community gallery. Turn it off before generating to keep a result private. You can also delete any creation from My Creations, which removes it from your creation history.

What are the limitations, and how can I improve my results?
Results vary with the input. Complex poses, garments that are partly out of frame, unusual fabrics, and busy backgrounds are harder for the model, and fine details such as logos, text on clothing, or intricate patterns may not be reproduced exactly. If a result looks off, try a clearer person photo, an outfit reference where the garment is fully visible, or a more specific prompt describing the fit and style — and generate again, since output differs from run to run.
